Space Reservation Form
The Parish Resource Center provides subscribers with space for congregational, leadership development events, depending on availability.
If you are interested in reserving space, please: 1) check with the Center to determine availability; and 2) print out, complete and mail/fax the "Room Set-up and Equipment Needs" form.
There are 3 areas that may be reserved for larger groups. These are:
- Seminar/Workshop area
- Arts & crafts area
- Great room
Additionally, the Center has a variety of areas in the library that will accommodate 3-6 participants.
Monday through Tuesday the rooms are available from 9:15 a.m. until 7:45 p.m.
Wednesday through Friday the rooms are available from 9:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. (summer until 3:45 p.m.)
Saturdays the rooms are available between 9:15 a.m. and 11:45 p.m.
Other times, space may be available by special arrangements.
Please remember the Center's hours. The building opens at 9:00 a.m. Set up may be done after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event, or on the previous afternoon, if negotiated in advance.
A consultant will be available to care for your needs while you are at the Center. Have the leader of your group stop by the main desk on arrival to meet the consultant on duty.
