Coming from the Northeast (PA Turnpike - Route 222 - Route 30)
From the PA Turnpike follow Route 222 South to Route 30 West. Take Route 30 West to the Rohrerstown Road Exit (Route 741). Turn left at the light and travel east on Route 741 toward Rohrerstown and Millersville. After crossing the railroad tracks in Rohrerstown, you'll approach a traffic light with a Sunoco Station on the left. At this intersection, turn left on Marietta Avenue/Pike (Route 23 East). Follow Marietta Avenue east to Good Drive (first traffic light); turn right. After turning right onto Good Drive, move into the left turn lane. (The American Heart Association will be on your left and the American Cancer Society on your right.) Turn left onto Community Way. Follow along Community Way to the Parish Resource Center, which is the second building on your right.

Coming from the Southeast (Philadelphia Airport - Route 322 - Route 1)
From the Philadelphia International Airport take I-95 South to US 322 West. Follow US 322 West to US 1 South (toward Baltimore). Stay on US 1 South until you reach PA 41 North (toward Lancaster). Take PA 41 North to US 30 West. Stay on Route 30 West and exit at the Rohrerstown Road Exit (Route 741). Turn left at the light and travel east on Route 741 toward Rohrerstown and Millersville. Coming from the West on Route 283 (PA Turnpike/Harrisburg Airport)
From the PA Turnpike, take Exit 247 (old exit 19) for Harrisburg to get to 283 E. Follow Route 283 East to the Millersville/East Petersburg (Route 741) exit. Follow the exit, bearing right and then straight as the exit becomes Route 741 East, heading toward Rohrerstown and Millersville. Cross over Harrisburg Pike and Route 30, continuing to Rohrerstown. After crossing the railroad tracks in Rohrerstown, you'll approach a traffic light with a Sunoco Station on the left. At this intersection, turn left on Marietta Avenue/Pike (Route 23 East). Follow Marietta Avenue east to Good Drive (first traffic light); turn right. After turning right onto Good Drive, move into the left turn lane. Coming from the West on Route 30
Follow Route 30 East past the Centerville Road exit. Take the next exit, which is Millersville/East Petersburg (Route 741). Turn right on 741 East toward Rohrerstown and Millersville. Continue to Rohrerstown. After crossing the railroad tracks in Rohrerstown, you'll approach a traffic light with a Sunoco Station on the left. At this intersection, turn left on Marietta Avenue/Pike (Route 23 East). Follow Marietta Avenue east to Good Drive (first traffic light); turn right. From the South (222/272 North)
Take 222 or 272 North to Lancaster where they converge. Follow 222, which becomes Queen Street in Lancaster. Proceed past the war memorial at the center of the city to Walnut Street (3rd intersection after the memorial). Turn left on Walnut Street and follow to dead-end (Race Avenue). Turn left on Race and take the first right turn which is Route 23 (Marietta Avenue). Proceed on Route 23 to second light, Good Drive, and turn left. After turning left onto Good Drive, move into the left turn lane. (The American Heart Association will be on your left and the American Cancer Society on your right.) Turn left onto Community Way. Follow along Community Way to the Parish Resource Center, which is the second building on your right.

An alternate route would be to take either Route 222 or 272 until it intersects with Route 741. Follow 741 until it intersects with Route 23. Turn right onto Route 23 and continue to the first traffic signal at Good Drive. Turn right onto Good Drive. After turning right onto Good Drive, move into the left turn lane.
